NOTE: Glass is NOT red, but clear. It was photographed against a red background, sorry.

Veredelungs Werrkstatten, the glassmaking firm of Karl Palda, was founded in 1888 in Haida (Nový Bor), Bohemia.
Palda was a well-known and much-respected designer and manufacturer of Art Deco glassware. His works were typically highly geometric, and frequently featured accents in black and red enamels.
Little is known of the Palda Werkstatten's development, but from its 50th-anniversary catalogue of 1938, which showed a huge range of glassware—from decanter sets, vases, and candlesticks to vanity and toilet sets, and perfume bottles—it is obvious that Palda's firm closely collaborated with glass schools and other reputable manufacturers.
DISCLOSURE: That this perfume bottle has survived the many intervening decades and sustained only a couple of minute fleabites on its underside (photo 8) and the stopper's stub end (pic 10) is altogether remarkable. Even the top of the stopper is completely without chips. There are 4 or 5 very small nicks out of the black paint on only one side of the bottle (pic 5); the other side has near-pristine detailing.
Palda's best pieces—virtual Deco icons, like this one—are increasingly rare. First Dibs has a bunch of Palda and the price tags on those pieces are real eye-rollers. Have a look before you buy, just to get a notion of the investment value of antique Deco glass with a name behind it.
The bottle is a hair over 4.75" (120.75mm) tall, including its stopper. (The stopper accounts for 2&3/8" (57.18mm) of that height.) Out of the bottle, the stopper is exactly 3" (76.2) long. The bottle stands 4" (101.6mm) wide at the base and is 1&1/8" (28.57mm) deep.
There is a very old inventory label affixed to the bottom of the bottle; I've left it on for historical reasons. Maybe you can ferret out whose numbers those were, and when.
Weight: 6.56 ounces/186.2 grams.

I have a few very cool glass pieces not yet listed; msg if interested.
