Wonderful deck made by Western Playing Card Co., its “Park Avenue” brand, featuring a striking art deco style back design. The tax stamp on the box places the deck c.1929-1940, and the extra bridge scoring card – a Western card – bears a 1932 copyright date. I have shown the copyright date as the likely date the cards were made but they could date during any of the inclusive years of the tax stamp.

The deck has 52 suited cards, plus 1 standard Western Joker, plus the contract bridge scoring card noted. The cards are bridge size, measuring 88mm x 58mm, and come in the original box.

The cards are in excellent condition. They have very slight wear to the edges, but do not appear to have been used. The box is in very good condition, quite clean but with moderate shelf wear.

Thanks for visiting.
