This is student work by a K Pitchford - a student at the School of Architecture in Leeds - U.K. and dated 1934. A design for a lighthouse or some type of industrial structure with an observation tower. Pieces are of good size- have been conserved and hinged on a heavy acid free paper. Ready to be framed. Nice matching color palette is used in all three and these would pop once matted & framed and displayed in an appropriate setting. Charcoal grey frames with white mats would work nicely. The large piece with the floor plan and perspective measures 28 x 41 inches and the two smaller drawings are 24 x 32 inches each. Excellent condition.
